Out and about – Location Scouting

Location scouting is one of the first things I like to do when I’ve been hired to shoot a wedding or a portrait. I like very much to do this at the same time of day that the photography session will take place. In doing this I can assess the light, though in Wellington you’ll never know! Scouting also gives me an opportunity to start jotting down ideas so I can share them later with my clients. Here are couple of images I took today when I was out and about looking for good spots for a wedding coming soon.
